Artist Statement

My sculpture and ‘re-collage’ are a brew of personal stories and research into the wilfully ignored. These explorations share otherwise forgotten stories of local areas; often reflecting upon the media available within, created by and pushed upon communities.

Bryden (b. 1982 Irvine, Scotland) lives and works in London. Having received no formal education, he discovered the outlet of contemporary art through publicly accessible collections.
